5.1 Content created for you (articles, audits, strategies) becomes your property upon payment. 5.2 Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property. 5.3 We retain anonymized case study rights unless you object in writing.
6.1 SEO results depend on search engine algorithms, competition, website quality, and market conditions. 6.2 We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. 6.3 We guarantee: ethical white-hat methods, transparent reporting, and professional execution per industry best practices.
Both parties keep confidential all non-public information. Analytics data, competitive intelligence, and business strategy shared during the engagement are strictly confidential. NDAs signed on request.
8.1 Total liability limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. 8.2 Not liable for: algorithm changes, ranking fluctuations due to external factors, third-party actions, or results of implementing recommendations.
9.1 Before work begins: full refund. 9.2 During minimum period: fees due for the remaining minimum. 9.3 After minimum: 30-day notice for monthly plans.
