1. Digital Delivery

All SEO services delivered digitally via email, shared documents, and secure online dashboards. No physical materials shipped.

2. Deliverables

SEO audits (PDF/Google Docs); keyword research reports; content (published directly to your CMS or delivered as documents); monthly performance reports; and strategy documents. Formats agreed per engagement.

3. Reporting Schedule

Monthly reports (Spark/Seed/Cast plans). Bi-weekly reports (mid-tier plans). Weekly reports (premium plans). Reports include: ranking changes, traffic data, work completed, and next-month plan.

4. Access and Credentials

We request read/limited access to: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and your CMS (for content publishing). Credentials stored in encrypted vaults. Access revoked within 24 hours of engagement end.

5. Timeline Expectations

Technical fixes: 2-4 weeks. Content production: ongoing per calendar. Link building: ongoing per plan. First measurable ranking improvements: typically 8-12 weeks. Significant traffic growth: 4-6 months.

6. Ongoing Communication

Dedicated point of contact. Email response within 4 business hours. Strategy calls per plan level. Slack or Teams channel available for premium plans.
